WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for positive, big-hearted individuals.
- You’re an enthusiastic, creative and patient educator or manager looking for a full time or part time position.
- You value curious play, community, kindness, independence and sustainability
- You’re passionate about for inspiring young children and helping them learn and grow
- You’re knowledgeable in pedagogies such as child-led play-based learning, risky play, and/or environmental education, or you are willing to learn.
- You’re a brilliant communicator, with adults and children alike.
- You have your BC ECE or ECEA certificate
Ideally, your CPR and First Aid Certification are up to date

ECEs - $22-24/hr plus $6-8/hr government/CBT wage enhancement, if eligible and approved, with annual minimum 2% wage increases
